Cell-free, circular DNA at scale

The production of DNA circles, like plasmids and gene therapy vectors, has traditionally relied on growth in bacteria cells. Some DNA cannot be efficiently produced in bacteria, if at all. For example, Poly A tails in mRNA templates and the ITRs in AAV vectors are frequently lost.

We leave the cells behind. Our enzyme mix amplifies DNA circles without cells or bias. This improves throughput, costs and will usher in a new generation of genetic medicines.
